How to get the most out of your
hypnosis audio
Download your audio recording to your phone as you will want to play it from a portable device.
For best results, listen to your audio for 21 days (more if you like) as it can take the mind 21 days of repetition to fully embrace change.
If possible, find a time of day that you can commit to, set that time as your appointment with yourself and work other things around that time as much as possible. This helps you to really build your audio into a positive daily routine to look forward to.
Set a reminder!
You can listen to your audio either sitting or lying down but keep your legs and arms uncrossed as this is open body language.
NEVER listen to hypnosis audios while driving or performing any other tasks requiring your focus.
